Preface

Once more, thank you for coming to view my website. Below you can find some of class contributions and more importantly, written essays from my time in College Writing I with Professor Bill Morris. Each section is organized to include all the work involved with making each particular essay possible. For the class discussions, I have simply grouped them together and organized them based on chronological order, which also falls in line roughly to the essay which they are connected to. My essay sections take a linear approach, showing them at their beginning stage, and then their final stage; including the influential voices which helped to iron them out.

Lessons Learned

Upon the completion of this course, I was left with an innumerous amount of things learned, however I will highlight the most important things. Beforehand, I would like to thank my peers and professor once more for bringing these lessons to light, as they have done nothing short but shaped me to be a better writer.

  1. Efficient formatting is the most effective way to get your point across; forget trying to sound overly eloquent

  2. Everyone’s writing style is unique, as a result some people will be more receptive of certain talking points while others will not

  3. Writing about things that you enjoy result in products of greater quality

  4. All writing has implicit meaning if one takes the time to analyze it
